नाथू बरखेड़ा में 13 एकड़ जमीन का अनुबंध तोड़ने पर एक बिल्डर किसान को धमका रहा है। दरअसल दस साल पहले बिल्डर शैलेंद्र पटेल ने किसान रघुनाथ सिंह की 13 एकड़ जमीन खरीदने का अनुबंध किया था। एक साल बाद किसान ने अनुबंध की राशि लौटाकर जमीन बेचने से इंकार कर दिया। जिसके बदले में किसान ने चार लाख रुपए ब्याज भी दे दिया, लेकिन बिल्डर अब तक किसान को परेशान कर रहा है। किसान का आरोप है कि बिल्डर का कहना है कि वह मेरी जमीन पर कब्जा कर लेगा। मंगलवार को किसान सहित परिवार के सदस्यों ने कलेक्टर अविनाश लवानिया को शिकायत आवेदन पेश किया। कलेक्टर ने मामले की जांच हुजूर तहसीलदार चंद्रशेखर श्रीवास्तव को सौंपी है।

After one year, the farmer refused to sell the land by returning the amount of the contract. On Tuesday, the family members including the farmer presented a complaint application to Collector Avinash Lavania. The Collector has handed over the investigation of the case to Huzur Tehsildar Chandrashekhar Srivastava.
