हाई कोर्ट में लंबित प्रकरणों का निराकरण जल्द से जल्द किए जाने को लेकर हाई कोर्ट प्रशासन ने तीन सकारात्मक पहल की हैं। पहली तो यह कि सुनवाई का समय सुबह सवा 10 से शाम 4.45 बजे तक किया जाए। दूसरी पहल यह है कि सप्ताह में एक दिन ऐसा हो जब किसी भी केस को आगे नहीं बढ़ाया जाए। इसे नो एडजर्नमेंट डे घोषित किया जाएगा।

The High Court administration has taken three positive initiatives for disposal of pending cases in the High Court at the earliest. First of all, the time of hearing should be done from 10.15 am to 4.45 pm. The second initiative is that there should be one day in a week when no case should be taken forward. It will be declared as No Adjournment Day.
