सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर दर्ज होने वाली शिकायतों को गंभीरता से निराकरण न करने वाले अफसरों पर कलेक्टर डॉ सतीश कुमार एस ने सख्ती दिखाई हैं। कलेक्टर ने गोरमी नायब तहसीलदार समेत 19 अफसरों का कार्य नहीं तो वेतन नहीं के आधार पर सात दिवस का वेतन काट दिया है।
